If a customer doesn’t arrive to pick up their paid order during the assigned pick-up date and time, they will be granted a second pick-up option at our next available time slot and date. However, they must contact us by email within 24hrs to schedule an alternate order pick-up date and time durin the same week.
If a customer misses the second pick-up date or never retrieves their purchased products, no refunds, replacements, or online store credit will be offered to customers.
