No, Capital Sweet Eats currently operates online only. The address listed on our platforms is only used for business mailing purposes.

1- Submit an order form via our website with your order details

2- We’ll confirm all the order details and invoice you.

3- After you have completed a full payment – your order is officially confirmed.

4- Pick up the order on the previously settled date and enjoy!

Orders can only be rescheduled once but only three weeks before pick-up.

After an order is paid in full, we cannot issue refunds or provide credits under any circumstances. 

Our products are perishable and have a limited shelf life, and recipe planning begins immediately upon receiving your payment. This means that we dedicate specific time to each order, which prevents us from accepting other orders. As such, we do not accommodate any changes or cancellations after placing the order.

Customers can complete payments via our secure payment link using a credit or debit card.

At this time, Capital Sweet Eats singularly operates online and provides services to residents living in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and select areas in the National Capital Region.

At this time, we do not provide delivery options. All orders can be conveniently picked up from set locations in Ottawa.
